Decatur Dragon Boat Race & Festival – A Great Time On The Water

Coming this weekend is the 6th annual Decatur Morgan Hospital Foundation Dragon Boat Race and Festival. This will also be my 6th year to participate, and I must say this is one the best festivals in north Alabama. Held at Point Mallard Beach the free event is a celebration of river life and what the river has given to the City of Decatur. All proceeds from the event benefit the Decatur Morgan Hospital Foundation.
